We provide lasting training solutions grounded in research, extensive volunteer experience with local shelters, certification from NWSCS, and comprehensive hands-on work with diverse training methods.

By applying an evidence-based approach rooted in applied behavior analysis, we create customized plans that address your dog’s unique needs—whether you’re raising a new puppy or helping a rescue adjust. Rehabilitation

We offer a fresh and enjoyable approach to teaching the fundamentals while also providing rehabilitation for dogs with challenging backgrounds and serious behavioral issues.

We have never encountered a dog we could not help, but it is very much reliant upon you, their humans to be committed to the work.

Our unique strategy diagnoses the source of the behavior so we can manage it- rather than simply mitigating or muting responses. Through our process, we can help your dog think differently, allowing them to process information in a way that doesn’t just change their outward response, it changes their processing of information and stimuli.

Protection & Specialties

We specialize in dog sports and personal protection training, including agility, obedience and tracking, to create disciplined, well-rounded dogs. Our protection training ensures dogs can safely identify threats while staying social.

We also offer customized training for medical and emotional support dogs to assist with tasks like migraine alerts, mobility aid, and anxiety relief. Our programs emphasize reliability, consistency, and a strong handler-dog bond.

The limits of our capacity know no bounds, so please inquire for information about your specific needs and desires.

Pricing

  • $100 for a one-hour evaluation to meet you and your dog and create a customized training plan. Training is not included, but we provide useful tips to help you get started before your first session.

  • $150 per hour for training at our facility (winter rates)

  • $200 per hour for training at alternative locations, such as your home, parks, your vet, etc. (winter rates)

At TM Dog Training Inc, we’re proud to offer a new flexible training option inspired by customer feedback. Moving away from rigid packages, our buy 3, get the 4th session free program lets you customize your training based on your dog’s unique needs and your personal goals. This approach ensures every session is purposeful, fitting your schedule and priorities perfectly.

Whether focusing on basic obedience, correcting unwanted behaviors, or advancing skills to strengthen your bond, this program provides the flexibility traditional packages lack. With more control and greater value, it delivers a personalized training experience that supports both your satisfaction and your dog’s success.

Enhanced Training

  • Personal Assistance Protection training - price and number of sessions TBD. An evaluation is required to assess the abilities of both the dog and owner. Training packages are then customized according to their capabilities and desired intensity. If we find that the dog's temperament or the owner's expectations do not align with the requirements of protection training, we will respectfully decline to proceed, without charging a fee for the evaluation.

We offer senior and military discounts.

We issue PayPal Business invoices which accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We also accept Venmo and cash.

Our pricing is transparent, flat-rate, and free of hidden fees. We do not charge extra for families with multiple dogs; instead, we may recommend longer sessions to ensure each dog receives adequate attention. Involving all dogs in the training process is essential, even if one is considered the "problem child," as this comprehensive approach benefits the individual dog and equips the entire pack with the skills to thrive together.
